“This space was born from a deep desire to share the thoughts, lessons, and reflections that emerge both within and beyond the clinical setting. Here, you will discover insights on emotional well-being, life philosophy, and practical tools from various authors to help navigate daily challenges. My intention is for each reading to serve as an invitation to introspection, dialogue, and personal growth. More than just a blog, this is a sanctuary for connecting with ideas that inspire, question, and accompany you on your path toward a more conscious and balanced life.”

We all make mistakes.
No one goes through life without making mistakes, hurting someone, or making decisions they later regret. Making mistakes doesn’t make us any less worthy; it makes us human.

Falling in love. Laughing until it hurts. A hot shower. No one standing in front of you at the grocery store checkout. A message from someone you care about. Listening to the rain. A hot cup of coffee. A phone call. Road trips. Having a beautiful dream. Winning a challenge. Holding the hand of someone you love.
Hearing your children’s laughter. Running into an old friend on the street. Watching the sunrise. Taking a nap. Waking up and realizing you still have hours left to sleep. Accidentally overhearing someone say something kind about you.
That’s what living is all about.

From Avatar, I learned that saying “I love you” is important, but saying “I see you” is far more profound.
Because it means recognizing another person in their truest essence—seeing their fears, their wounds, and still choosing to respect them.
Maybe what we need isn’t to be loved more, but to be truly seen.

Choose your peace before your opinion. Many times, speaking doesn’t change anything— it only feeds what no longer deserves your energy. Not everyone seeks to understand; some only want to be right. Keep your calm, protect your peace, and don’t exhaust yourself where there is no reciprocity. Your silence also sets boundaries, your tranquility is also power. Not everything deserves your response, nor is every battle yours. Choose what nourishes you, what lifts you up, and what brings you closer to your best self.

If you don’t learn to calm yourself, any word will unsettle you. If you don’t learn to value yourself, any rejection will destroy you. If you don’t learn to prioritize yourself, any person will manipulate you. In the end, it’s not about others—it’s only about you.

None of your scars came from an enemy; they all came from people you trusted.

It’s not always about having everything. Sometimes, true wealth begins when we learn to appreciate all that we already have. Because a heart that only sees what it lacks will never find enough reasons to be happy.

Mental note: You are your most important project; start over as many times as necessary. Self-love.

Sometimes, what weighs us down the most is not what we carry, but what we refuse to let go. Letting go is not forgetting—it’s understanding that you deserve peace, that you cannot move forward while looking back. Release what hurts you, what no longer helps you grow, and what distances you from the life you deserve. What lies ahead for you is far greater than what you left behind.

DEAR BODY
You have always been enough; you don't need to look like anyone else. I accept you exactly as you are. Your worth isn't measured by scales, sizes, curves, or marks. Thank you for being my home. You matter to me, and I will always take care of you.

Dear self: one day you will realize you were always enough -Monca Hamamé

Not everything has an explanation. Not everything has an answer. Not everything makes sense. Not everything is fair. Not everything is logical. Learn how to live with that.

We only have one life. Do what makes your soul happy.
Our Story

Every person who arrives, every silence, every unexpected change, and every situation you experience has a purpose that, even if not understood now, will one day make sense. Life makes no mistakes; it simply arranges what belongs and releases what has served its time. There are no errors, only paths. No losses, only lessons. Trust in the invisible, for what you don't comprehend today may be the divine reason you give thanks for tomorrow. From now on, appreciate even what you don't yet understand, embrace every small moment, and remember that nothing is accidental.

"If we were perfect, pencils wouldn't have erasers. But as a child grows, the pencil is replaced by a pen just to show that mistakes are now harder to erase; then comes the correction fluid, proving that while errors can be covered, the mark will always remain, reminding us of our growth and the permanent nature of our experiences throughout life."

An ancient legend says: If you miss the bus, perhaps you avoided the accident. If you are rejected, perhaps you were saved from the wrong place. If they leave, perhaps they made space for who is about to arrive. The universe protects you in ways that initially feel like misfortune.

Choose your peace over your opinion. Often, speaking changes nothing; it only feeds what no longer requires your energy. Not everyone seeks to understand; some only wish to be right. Maintain your composure, protect your peace, and do not deplete yourself where there is no reciprocity. Your silence also establishes boundaries, and your tranquility is a form of power. Not everything deserves your response, and not every battle is yours to fight. Choose what nourishes you, what elevates you, and what brings you closer to your best self. Stoic Woman

Grapes must be crushed to make wine. Diamonds are formed under pressure. Olives are pressed to release their oil. Seeds grow in the darkness. Whenever you feel crushed, under pressure, pressed, or in the darkness, you are in a powerful place of transformation and are becoming something truly beautiful and new.

May your need to avoid conflict never be greater than your need to speak up when you are treated unfairly. May you feel no discomfort in defending yourself. May you never carry the weight of shame that does not rightfully belong to you personally.

A reminder for your heart: Even on those days when it feels difficult just to be you, there are people who love you and cherish you exactly for who you are today.
